1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DividendXray.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. About the Service

DividendXray is a platform designed to help users track dividend investments and related metrics. The Service offers both free and paid features, which may be supported by ads, affiliate links, sponsorships, and a newsletter. Features may change over time, be offered as beta, or be limited by plan tier or usage caps.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (see Section 8).

3. No Investment Advice

DividendXray provides educational tools and information only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

All Service content, trademarks, and materials are the property of DividendXray or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

6. Third-Party Links, Offers, Ads & Affiliates

The Service may display third-party links, advertisements, sponsored placements, and affiliate offers. If you engage with a third party, your relationship is solely with that third party. We are not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices.

7. Data Sources & Accuracy

DividendXray relies on market data provided by third-party sources such as MarketStack and other data vendors. Market data and dividend information may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed within the Service.

All market data, metrics, calculations, visualizations, and outputs generated by the Service are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and are not intended to be used as the sole basis for any investment decision. You should always independently verify any information before acting on it.

DividendXray is not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made or not made in reliance on data, estimates, or other information presented through the Service. All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to the broader disclaimers and limitations of liability in Section 8.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIVIDENDXRAY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY (IF ANY), OR (B) USD $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

9. Billing & Subscriptions

Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may offer plan changes; unless otherwise stated, upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the next billing cycle.

You agree to maintain a valid payment method and authorize recurring charges until you cancel. If we cannot process a charge, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and partially used billing periods are not prorated. If a trial is offered, charges begin when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

11. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider (e.g., PayPro Global) and are subject to their terms and policies. Your payment details are handled and stored by the processor, not by us. We may exchange limited information with the processor to administer your subscription, detect fraud, and comply with law.

12. Taxes & Pricing Changes

Prices may exclude or include applicable taxes depending on your location. Where required, we or the processor will collect taxes. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Chargebacks & Failed Payments

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or repeatedly fails, we may suspend or terminate paid features and seek recovery of amounts owed. You agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve billing issues.

14. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk extraction of the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
• Using the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
